I’m Saad Khan, a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Property Manager. My primary objective is to facilitate the transition of Section 8 voucher holders into recently acquired homes, which my investor group purchases individually. We’re dedicated to identifying families who not only value these new properties but also commit to their long-term upkeep. I’m actively working to match my investor clients with responsible voucher-holding families, offering them these pristine homes with the expectation that they’ll maintain them in excellent condition for an extended period.
